From no to yes
Hi y'all,
Yesterday was a bunch of "nos". No exercise. No post.no 64oz water.
Today was all about the yes. Exercise yes. Post yes. 64oz water.
Food- I had a fill on Monday and I am able to eat the same way before the fill (weird)
Exercise- did 2 miles in 30 min. That was hard but I did it.
I keep thinking about some saying I saw on Lap Band Gal's facebook page. Something to the effect of "what are you going to do today to change your tomorrow". I looked up Zumba classes in my area. There are so many to choose from. I am excited about going to my first class.

Good for you for having a 'yes' day - from what I've heard, Zumba is a blast! Good luck finding some classes in your area!
